H.E Abdoulaye Wade, president of Senegal, pied tribute to Human Appeal International exerted in Senegal noting the great support for various charitable projects executed there. HAI efforts came to be noticeable for it prevails several aspects of life including: social, educational and health plans. Further, he evaluated the role of HAI team and their constant awareness to human needs in Senegal.
H. E. said, in a thanking letter, addressing HAI office in Senegal: “I congratulate and encourage you to go forward in achieving your humanitarian goals and to proliferate your activities regularly. This indicates your concern towards achieving transparency principles for both: the donors and the needy. I wish you success”.
He added: “It is my pleasure to notice that 65% of your budget is spent on sponsoring orphans in 10 Senegalese territories while the rest is ascribed to help the afflicted besides backing up the widows in establishing economic projects through “productive families” program; in addition to running your administrative work and other missions”.
Salem Ahmad Abdulrahman Al-Nuaimi, HAI secretary general, has regarded this achievement as one manifestation of UAE exerted efforts in support for charitable projects worldwide. It also clarifies UAE concern in standing by the needy and the afflicted strongly regardless of all possible difficulties. Our ultimate aim is to mitigate their stress and to prove being a pioneer in this domain as well as our pursuit to develop the needy communities.
