HAI orphans were granted the chance to meet H.H Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al-Nuaimi, the Ruler of Ajman-Member of UAE Supreme Council, on the sideline of the military exhibition activities that Ajman hosts under the auspices of H.H celebrating the 40th national day.
The delegate comprising Abdullah Mouhammad Al Awadi, secretary-general assistant for the administrative and financial affairs and 30 orphans accompanied by their parents was honored to meet H.H and congratulate him in this national occasion. This meeting took place with the presence of H.E. Salem Al-Nuaimi, the Consultant of H.H and HAI Secretary-General. During this meeting, HAI orphans presented a bouquet on behalf of 53 thousand orphans whom HAI is sponsoring worldwide; the orphans tried to express their happiness in this occasion and their high appreciation for the government’s support realized in his fatherly care and constant direction to fulfill their needs besides facilitating their contact and social integration.
During the meeting, Salem Al-Nuaimi said: “the 40th national day for the UAE establishment is a dear occasion to our hearts. As a realization of joy and pride in this remarkable day, a group of HAI sponsored orphans came to visit H. H Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al-Nuaimi, the Ruler of Ajman, expressing their gratitude for the government’s exerted efforts and its concern to fulfill their various needs inside and outside the state. They wanted to indicate their thankfulness for the UAE and its rulers and their effective role in achieving persistent development and prosperity.”
Al-Nuaimi added: “the expression of Emirati achievements and the role of the Emirati people in founding values of charity worldwide is an inherited custom along the Emirati generations. Further, it is extended outside the state to establish bridges of contact with the needy and the afflicted. This played role was the reason behind UAE’s advanced position occupied in the march of humanitarian work. Its existence is distinguished from others for being the safe decent destiny for all needy for being the pioneer in the charitable and humanitarian work”.
At the end of the visit, the parents of the orphans have highly evaluated the great care and follow up paid by H.H Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al-Nuaimi, the Ruler of Ajman-Member of UAE Supreme Council, especially that HAI sponsors 53 thousand orphans in 14 states. They also pointed out that this kind act is not new to the leaders of the UAE and its nation whose benevolent hands reached the farthest area in our world. They promised to provide for all needs in cooperation with Human Appeal International that is keen to follow the provided directions so as to offer all life requirements.
